Terms of service
Terms for using Kismet Kwon.
These terms explain how Kismet Kwon should be used, how subscription access works, what customers are responsible for, and where the limits of AI call recovery are.
Effective date:
The core agreement
We capture the opportunity. You stay responsible for the business.
Kismet Kwon is built to help plumbers recover missed calls, organise enquiry details, and follow up faster. The system can make opportunities visible, but the business owner remains responsible for customer service, pricing, response speed, quality of work, and closing the job.
Using Kismet Kwon
By using Kismet Kwon, you agree to use the service responsibly and for genuine plumbing business operations. Kismet Kwon is designed to capture eligible missed calls, organise enquiry details and support human follow-up.
Subscription access
Active call recovery depends on an entitled subscription and completed setup. If the subscription is unpaid, expired or otherwise inactive, new call routing and connected phone service may be paused or stopped.
Cancellation
You can cancel through the secure billing route available in your account or by contacting Kismet Kwon. Cancelling before the seven-day trial ends prevents the first Kismet subscription charge. A later scheduled cancellation remains active until the end of the paid billing period, then new call routing stops. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a billing period already purchased.
Usage and call costs
The Kismet subscription includes the Kismet-managed phone number and phone-side number and usage costs. The customer owns and funds their voice account separately and pays its usage directly. Kismet does not sell call-credit balances or mark up voice minutes.
Published pricing
The Kismet subscription is £147 per month after a 7-day free trial. A payment method is collected at trial signup and the first subscription payment is due on day 8 unless the customer cancels beforehand. The trial covers Kismet subscription access only; customer-funded voice account usage remains separate.
No guaranteed revenue
Kismet Kwon helps turn missed calls into visible, organised opportunities. It does not guarantee revenue, booked jobs, conversion rates, customer behaviour, or business outcomes. The business owner remains responsible for pricing, service quality, response speed, availability, and closing the job.
Referral rewards
An active customer may share the referral link issued in their dashboard. A referral qualifies only after the referred plumbing business completes its seven-day trial and its first paid invoice succeeds. Each eligible account receives one month free on its next eligible invoice. Self-referrals, duplicate or circular referrals, refunds and chargebacks are excluded. Rewards are one-time, non-transferable, non-cash and cannot be stacked on the same invoice. Kismet controls qualification and application on the server.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing leads, checking important details, responding appropriately, keeping business information accurate, and making final decisions. Kismet Kwon supports business operations, but it does not replace human judgement.
AI limitations
AI systems can misunderstand, omit, misclassify, or summarise information imperfectly. Kismet Kwon should be treated as operational support, not a perfect source of truth. Customers should verify important details before acting on them.
Acceptable use
You must not use Kismet Kwon to mislead callers, impersonate people dishonestly, hide critical information, harass others, collect unlawful data, bypass consent requirements, or avoid human accountability in situations that require human care.
Service availability
Kismet Kwon depends on hosting, database, payment, voice, telephony, automation, and other infrastructure services. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Security and account access
Customers are responsible for keeping account access secure and for ensuring that only authorised people use their dashboard. Kismet Kwon may pause or restrict access if there is suspected misuse, unpaid access, security risk, or breach of these terms.
Changes to the service
Kismet Kwon may update features, plans, onboarding steps, dashboard flows or connected services as the product improves. Material changes should be communicated clearly where they affect customer access, billing or service use.

Payments, refunds, and cancellation
Subscription payments
Subscription payments provide access to the active Kismet Kwon system for the selected billing period.
Voice account usage
The customer funds their voice account directly. Voice usage and billing remain visible in that account.
Refund requests
Refunds are reviewed according to the refund and cancellation policy shown to customers at the time of purchase or account use.
Relationship to other policies
These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Notice, Refund Policy, Security page, and Ethics page. Together, they explain how Kismet Kwon handles access, payments, data, responsible AI use, limitations, and customer expectations.

Put the setup in place before activation opens.
Create an account, add your business rules and prepare the one-time voice account connection. New phone activation is paused while production checks are completed, and no number is presented as ready before those checks pass.
