Refunds and cancellation
Clear cancellation and refund rules.
This policy explains how Kismet Kwon handles subscription cancellation, refund requests, usage costs, and account access after cancellation.
Effective date:
The simple rule
Cancel clearly. No hidden subscription traps.
Kismet Kwon is built to be simple to understand: subscription access depends on an active subscription or trial, the customer funds their voice account separately, and Kismet refund requests are reviewed based on the payment and account circumstances.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your Kismet Kwon subscription through the secure billing route available in your account or by contacting support. Cancelling before the seven-day trial ends prevents the first Kismet subscription charge. A later scheduled cancellation prevents renewal but keeps the subscription entitled until the current paid period ends. New call routing stops at the effective cancellation time.
Subscription payments
A payment method is collected when the seven-day free trial begins. The first £147 Kismet subscription payment is due on day 8 unless the customer cancels beforehand. Later subscription payments cover the selected billing period. Unless a refund is required by law or approved by Kismet Kwon, payments are not automatically refunded simply because the service was not used.
Voice account and phone costs
Kismet covers the Kismet-managed number and phone-side costs within the subscription. The customer owns and funds their voice account separately, so any voice usage charge or refund request is governed by that account's terms rather than treated as a Kismet call credit.
When refunds may be considered
Refunds may be considered where there has been a duplicate Kismet charge, clear billing error, accidental payment issue, or a serious Kismet service access problem that prevents use of the paid service. Decisions depend on the account, billing period and circumstances, without limiting rights required by law.
When refunds are not normally offered
Refunds are not normally offered because a captured lead did not become a paying customer, because a business did not follow up, because call volume was lower than expected, or because the customer changed their mind after using the service.
No revenue guarantee
Kismet Kwon helps capture missed calls and turn them into organised opportunities. It does not guarantee revenue, closed jobs, conversion rates, customer behaviour, or business results. The business owner remains responsible for pricing, response speed, service quality, and closing the job.
Cooling-off and legal rights
Where consumer cancellation or refund rights apply by law, Kismet Kwon will respect those rights. Some rules may depend on whether the customer is buying as a business or consumer, whether the service has started, and whether usage has already been consumed.
How to request a refund
Refund or cancellation questions can be sent to business@kismetkwon.com. Include the account email, business name, payment date, reason for the request, and any relevant screenshots or billing details. Never send a full card number or voice account credential.
Cancellation and access
Active subscription or trial
The account keeps access while the subscription or seven-day trial remains entitled.
Cancelled subscription
The account will not renew, and active service access may stop when paid access ends.
Inactive or unpaid account
Call recovery, automations, and connected services may be paused or disabled.
